Student Placement

The SWAN project provides placements for qualified counsellors as well as therapists in training. We have up to 48 counsellors on placement at any one time.

Support / Training

We provide appropriate levels of in-house supervision.

We offer various training days and workshops for those on placement as well as external therapists. First year (compulsory) training is free to those on placement, but we do ask for a contribution towards optional further training sessions and workshops.

Training is delivered either by our team of supervisors or outside experts.

It takes place within the building from11am-4pm with a shared lunch on various Sundays.
