HOW TO BOOK AN ASSESSMENT

Assessment
This will be a 50 min phone or face to face consultation.  This is
not a therapy session, it’s a chance for us to find out about you
and whether we can meet your needs and also a chance for you
to ask questions. 
 
Waiting time for counselling
The more availability you have for therapy, the shorter the waiting
time. Our current wait time is approximately 2 months. Waiting
times for on-line therapy may take longer. 
 
Fees
Assessments need to be pre-paid. Both your assessment
and counselling sessions will cost between £15 - £35 depending
on your circumstances.
