We are a charity offering low-cost, long-term counselling primarily to those with an active addiction or in recovery, however we won’t turn anyone away if we think we can help (must be over 18).

We understand that addiction is not a stand-alone issue, it’s a means of trying to cope with underlying issues like bereavement, trauma, anxiety and depression
