

Assessment FAQs
​​​1. After your assessment you will be placed onto our waiting list to await allocation to a therapist (our current wait time is up to 4 months although waiting time for online counselling can take longer).

2. You will be allocated to a therapist according to, or as near to your preferences as possible (e.g. times you are available, gender preferences of therapist and any specific issues that may need specialised experience of the therapist).​
3. If you have only limited times available or specific requirements, it will take longer to match you with the right therapist. If you have not heard from us within two months, please contact us via our contact page on this website.
4. Once you have been allocated a therapist, we will give them your contact details, availability and the fee information that you have agreed at assessment. They will then contact you to introduce themselves.
