How to Refer:

Referrals can be made by GPs, statutory services, employers, other professional agencies, or by yourself. Assessments can be done remotely or face-to-face. Please note that assessments need to be paid for before they can be arranged.

Our Therapists:

Our therapists are specialists in working with people that have experienced trauma. They are all members of a professional body: British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society or United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and have completed, or are in the process of completing, a professional counselling qualification.
